Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Oak Ridge, TN. You will be a key team player, responding to service requests, performing plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs, and maintaining overall property upkeep.

You will communicate with residents and leadership, manage multiple priorities, and ensure repairs are completed promptly while upholding Bedrock's standards of care and service.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for HVAC refrigerants.
• HVAC Certification (e.g., HVAC Excellence or equivalent) validates HVAC skills.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred for safety.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses are advantageous for maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solve issues.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property, common areas, and facilities.
• Utilize hand and power tools to perform repairs and upkeep.
• Respond to service requests and complete repairs promptly.
• Assist Groundskeeper with service requests and landscaping tasks.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
