Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep, respond to service requests, and perform repairs with a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with residents and colleagues, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Ability to operate hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Maintenance of common areas, parking lots, and property assets.
• Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solve issues.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property and common areas.
• Utilize hand and power tools for upkeep and repairs.
• Remove debris and manage routine maintenance tasks.
• Respond to on-call requests and urgent maintenance as needed.
• Keep up with company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with groundskeeping, landscaping, and snow/ice removal as required.
