Job summary

Post-Road-Management-2 is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician in Pennsylvania. You will perform repairs across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (non-licensed) tasks while supporting turnovers and unit refurbishments.

You will conduct routine inspections, manage work orders, and participate in rotating after-hours emergencies. The role emphasizes strong communication with residents, vendors, and the property team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in property maintenance or equivalent.
• HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repairs, cabinet and countertop replacements, finish carpentry, glass and window repairs, lock and door servicing, and tile repairs.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, flooring, painting, and HVAC (non-licensed) tasks.
• Assist with work orders, unit repaints, re-carpeting, and apartment turnovers.
• Conduct routine property and apartment inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Participate in rotating after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure longevity and safety of property systems.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with residents, vendors, contractors, and city officials.
• Efficiently track, prioritize, and complete work orders; communicate updates to stakeholders.
