Job summary

Post-Road-Management-2 is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our Pennsylvania team. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes solving problems, maintaining high-quality living spaces, and supporting after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule.

You will perform carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks, and assist with unit turnovers. Strong communication with residents, vendors, and city officials is essential to success.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in property maintenance.
  • HVAC experience preferred.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work overhead.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Location: PA commute or relocation may be needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform drywall repairs, cabinet and countertop replacements, finish carpentry, glass and window repairs, lock and door servicing, and tile repairs.
  • Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, flooring, painting, and HVAC (non-licensed).
  • Assist with work orders, unit repaints, re-carpeting, and apartment turnovers.
  • Conduct routine property and apartment inspections to identify and report needs.
  • Participate in rotating after-hours emergency maintenance schedule.
  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks for system longevity and safety.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, contractors, and city officials.
  • Efficiently track, prioritize, and complete work orders and communicate updates.
