Responsibilities

• General carpentry: drywall repairs, cabinet & countertop replacements, finish carpentry, glass/window repairs, door servicing, tile repairs.
• Maintenance & repairs: electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, flooring, painting, and HVAC (non-licensed).
• Turnover & project support: assist with work orders, unit repaints, re-carpeting, and apartment turnovers.
• Property inspections: conduct routine property and apartment inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Emergency response: participate in rotating after-hours maintenance schedule.
• Preventive maintenance: perform scheduled tasks to ensure longevity and safety of systems.
• Stakeholder interaction: maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, contractors, and city officials.
• Work order management: track, prioritize, and complete work orders; inform relevant parties.
• Communication: keep property manager updated and respond to emails promptly.
