Responsibilities

• Direct the maintenance team to allocate and complete apartment service requests.
• Manage vacant apartments and prepare for new leases.
• Maintain grounds and keep the property clean and safe for residents.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and installations to standard.
• Repair caulking, carpentry, doors, painting, and drywall as needed.
• Assist with bulk trash removal and drains/sewer maintenance.

This position reports to the property manager.Primary Responsibilities Include:Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring all work orders are logged accurately and completed promptlyManage vacant apartments, ensuring timely preparation for new leasesMaintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trashProvide excellent customer service to residentsHandle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards.
