Post-Road-Management-2 is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to join a hands-on team in Reading, PA. The role covers drywall, carpentry, electrical/plumbing troubleshooting, and turnover work, with after-hours emergency shifts and regular inspections.

You will support preventive maintenance, coordinate with the property manager, and engage with residents and vendors to maintain quality living spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in property maintenance; HVAC experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work overhead.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable commute to PA.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repairs, cabinet and countertop replacements, finish carpentry, glass/window repairs, doors and locks servicing, and tile repairs.
• Handle minor electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, painting, flooring, and HVAC (non-licensed).
• Assist with turnovers, repaints, re-carpeting, and work orders; conduct unit inspections.
• Participate in rotating after-hours emergency maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, contractors, and city officials.
