Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs and preventive maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and related systems. The role partners with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver exceptional service to residents and to support turnover tasks within three to five business days.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license with proof of insurance; EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to perform turnover maintenance within 3–5 days.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Turnover maintenance tasks and checklists to complete within set timelines.
• Maintain common areas and housekeeping.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, and other issues.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment.
• Follow safety rules and guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with residents and property team.
• Be on-call as required.
