Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property teams. You will perform day-to-day service to maintain physical condition, safety, and appearance of the community, respond to resident requests, and assist with turnovers, repairs, painting, and landscaping.

Onsite sign-in-bonus offered. We value strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong communication skills in English; interacts with residents, staff and external agencies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide basic tool set and transportation to property; on-call readiness within 30 minutes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain physical condition, appearance, and operational efficiency of the property.
• Complete resident service requests timely and accurately.
• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance, and upkeep across the community and equipment.
• Assist with apartment turnovers: repairs, renovations, painting, cleaning.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper waste management; monitor grounds and dumpsters.
• Support landscaping duties and snow removal as needed.
• Provide guidance to Maintenance Apprentices & Porters and train staff.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; respond to emergencies.
