Job summary

AION Management LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to perform general maintenance, groundskeeping and housekeeping duties to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartment homes. Under the direction of the Service Director and Real Estate Manager, you will respond to customer service requests and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, refurbishing, daily property walks, snow removal, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
CFC Type I & II preferred, 180 days from hire to obtain.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
Assist with maintenance of storage area and materials.
Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards.
Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
Notify Business Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
Assist in snow removal as required.
Maintain accurate record of all tasks completed.
Complete all service requests in accordance with company standards.
Available for weekend work, on-call duties, and after-hours emergency service requests, 24/7 as scheduled.
