Job summary

AION Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks for residential units and common areas. This on-site role supports safe, efficient property operations by responding to service requests and assisting with preventative maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with life-safety requirements.

1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
Trade School Certification a plus

Responsibilities

Complete routine maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and building systems.
Assist with unit turns, including inspections, repairs, and readiness for occupancy.
Respond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotations as required.
Identify and report safety concerns and potential system failures.
Accurately document completed work in the maintenance management system.
