Job summary

AION is seeking a Service Technician I to perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping tasks to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartment homes. You will respond to customer service requests and work under the direction of the Service Director and Real Estate Manager.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, renovations, safety participation, and 24/7 on-call availability as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks with attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials.
• Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Business Manager of any safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Responsible for knowledge of property specific problems such as asbestos.
• Assist in snow removal as required.
• Complete all service requests in accordance with company standards.
