Job summary

AION Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks for residential units, common areas, and building systems. You will respond to service requests, assist with unit turnovers, and help ensure life-safety compliance and safe, efficient property operations.

This role requires basic repair knowledge across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, plus reliability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Trade School Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform work order repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and building systems.
• Assist with unit turns, including inspections, repairs, and readiness for occupancy.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotations as required.
