Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our community while delivering an excellent living experience for residents. The role focuses on timely response to maintenance requests, safety compliance, and dedicated upkeep of facilities and grounds.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and work 8–12 hour standing shifts.
• Weekend availability and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds per community objectives.
• Operates, maintains, and repairs facility equipment per safety programs and policies.
• Responds to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call maintenance.
• Inspects public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards are met.
• Adheres to air conditioning and refrigeration record-keeping requirements for equipment and refrigerants.
• Maintains water chemistry and sanitation for pools and spas per regulations.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
