Job summary

Redstone is seeking a maintenance team member to keep property appearance and systems functioning, support residents, and collaborate with vendors. You’ll handle routine repairs, follow safety protocols, and help prepare units for new residents.

This full-time on-site position requires flexibility for after-hours on-call shifts. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered after 6 months, with overtime eligibility for non-exempt staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or repair.
• Ability to perform electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks.
• Follows safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Customer-service oriented with residents/tenants.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, appliances, doors, roofing, fixtures, and floors.
• Prepare apartments for new residents per turnover checklists.
• Follow management directives, safety rules and work-order procedures.
• Inspect property, record deficiencies and report to supervisor.
• Maintain records electronically and complete required paperwork timely.
• Report accidents and emergencies immediately and assist with safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
