This full-time role includes an overtime-eligible schedule, a $2,500 sign-on bonus after six months, and a 40-hour work week with an on-call rotation. A strong safety mindset and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and building systems.
• Prepare apartments for new residents using turnover checklists.
• Follow management policies, conduct safety inspections, and maintain work orders and logs.
• Document deficiencies and report to team lead; participate in on-call schedule.
