Job summary

Incore Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the property well maintained and visually appealing. You will help manage work orders, perform scheduled maintenance, and support residents and vendors with professional service.

You will inspect units and common areas, maintain records, participate in a 24-hour emergency maintenance rotation, and assist with makereadies on vacant units.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in general maintenance, electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs.
• Ability to work rotating weekends on emergency/on-call basis.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Complete open work orders according to policy.
• Maintain records for preventive maintenance and inventories.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment per manufacturer recommendations.
• Inspect units and common areas for repairs and necessary actions.
• Assist with makereadies on vacant units.
• Provide professional customer service to residents and vendors.
• Participate in 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Report lease violations and incidents promptly.
