Village Green is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle work orders, preventive maintenance, and resident-facing service. The role covers plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance tasks on multifamily properties, with a focus on safe, friendly resident service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Candidate should have strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects.
• Responds to service requests and on-call emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Assists in maintaining exterior property curb appeal and daily housekeeping as needed.
• Housekeeping duties and snow removal during winter months, when required.
• Performs property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas where applicable.
