Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain properties in top condition and ensure resident comfort and safety. The role emphasizes hands-on repair, on-call responsiveness, and adherence to safety standards across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge required.
• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment and ensure tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance with property uniform.
• Comply with OSHA standards and safety policies; participate in on-call responses.
• Secure maintenance shops at close of day and respond to service requests as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and basic eviction-related maintenance tasks.
