Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.

Responsibilities include repairing and prepping vacant units, managing supplies, and ensuring tools and safety standards are observed. This full-time role offers on-site work with on-call availability and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with safety policies.
• Be available for on-call service and 24-hour response.
