The successful candidate will have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, plus property maintenance or handyman experience. The role includes an on-call schedule and a professional appearance in uniform.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge are required.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience is a must.
• Experience operating hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of property and vacant unit preparation.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and ensure tools are available.
• Respond to safety issues and report unusual circumstances.
