Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Denver to maintain and repair property buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include upgrading vacant units, managing supplies, and ensuring a safe, professional environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate hand tools including power tools.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and in working order.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance with the required property uniform.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure the maintenance shop at the close of every workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle all lock-outs due to evictions and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
