This full-time Maintenance Technician role covers daily repairs, inventory control, and safe, professional operations. The position requires hands-on experience with tools, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus a commitment to on-call

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience required.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment; ensure tools on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain the required property uniform and professional appearance.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure the maintenance shops at close of day.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs due to evictions and respond 24/7 to service requests.
