The role includes daily repairs, preparing vacant units, and coordinating supplies, while upholding safety standards and a professional appearance.

Candidates should have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, plus experience in property maintenance or handyman work and be available for on-call response to service requests.

• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs and upkeep of property buildings and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain supplies/equipment inventory.
• Ensure tools and equipment are on hand and maintained.
• Respond to service requests promptly and on a 24-hour on-call basis.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety policies and OSHA standards.
