Thompson Thrift is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Alta25 in Monument, Colorado to support daily maintenance operations for a multifamily community. You will work with the Maintenance Manager to handle service requests, preventative maintenance, and general repairs, ensuring a safe and well‑functioning environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of property maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required for on-call emergencies.
• Must be physically able to lift 50–80 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely manner and prioritize urgent issues.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry).
• Perform preventative maintenance and support inspections of building systems.
