Job summary

Thompson Thrift is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Alta25 in Monument, Colorado. The role partners with the Community Manager to oversee leasing, financial processes, and on-site operations, ensuring a strong resident experience and solid community performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, an on-site leasing background, and a valid driver’s license. You may work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with a focus on accuracy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of on-site leasing experience preferred.
• Experience in property management or Class A/luxury communities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Must meet physical requirements (lifting 10–25 lbs regularly, up to 40 lbs occasionally).
• Colorado applicants: experience with transparent pricing of rent and fees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing performance with follow-up, applications, and renewals.
• Monitor leasing activity, traffic, and conversion trends to support occupancy goals.
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency management per policy and law.
• Maintain resident ledgers and process payments and adjustments.
• Prepare and process daily deposits per accounting procedures.
• Assist with financial reporting and coordination with internal teams.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and related inspections.
• Provide on-site operational support and assist during busy periods.
• Support resident communication and resolve escalated concerns.
• Organize resident engagement activities to support retention.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely follow-up with maintenance.
• Maintain community standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Provide coverage for Community Manager when needed.
