Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of experience.
• HVAC EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and present information one on one or in small groups.
• Math: add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s and 100s.
• Beginner skills with MS Outlook and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain common areas.
• Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors on site.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
• Maintain records of maintenance performed in all units and at the site.
