Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain residential properties and deliver strong customer service. You will perform preventive and routine maintenance, manage tools, and present the company professionally at all times.

Based in a property management environment, you will work on-site, coordinate with the Property Manager, and respond to maintenance requests promptly to keep the community in top condition.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret simple instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills (MS Outlook/Word).

Aufgaben

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they stay below budget.
• Perform daily inspections of community grounds and vacant units.
• Paint, clean, and complete maintenance on vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Maintain landscaping and perform snow removal as needed.
• Supervise contractors and maintain tools and equipment.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
