Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support all aspects of property maintenance at our Orlando area property. You will handle service requests, preventative tasks, capital projects, and turnover processes to keep the community safe, functional, and well‑maintained.

We value hands‑on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and general building systems, with EPA, HVAC I/II and CPO certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience in property or related field.
• EPA, HVAC I & II and CPO certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all maintenance tasks to keep the property safe and well‑maintained.
• Handle service requests, preventative maintenance, capital projects, and turnover processes.
• Perform routine inspections of grounds, buildings and community areas to identify hazards and cleanliness issues.
• Support in-house projects and capital improvements as assigned.
