Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance or related trade.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests as instructed by the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor or staff.
• Schedule, monitor and perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience.
• Assist with scheduling, vendor communication, and obtaining bids from outside contractors.
