Job summary

Ascentia Real Estate LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain community buildings and grounds and to resolve resident maintenance requests with excellent customer service. The role requires hands-on property upkeep across painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related areas, with daily site walks and prompt responses to orders.

The position is full-time, in-person on-site, with day shifts and an hourly pay range of $19.00–$20.00.

• Excellent customer service to resolve resident requests promptly.
• Clear daily communication with Team Leader.
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance including painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Maintain all community buildings and common areas.
• Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness of streets and entrances.
• Inspect exterior lighting and respond to service orders.
• Prepare for move-ins/outs and connect utilities.
• Adhere to safety compliance and budget controls.
