Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet Greystar's standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

The role involves completing work orders, making ready units for leasing, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely documentation, with additional duties in cleaning and cost-saving by repairs where possible. EPA refrigerant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Experience completing work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to prepare vacant units for leasing and manage punch lists.
• Accurate documentation and paperwork for service requests.
• Inventory awareness and ability to reorder materials when needed.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing by completing pre-move-in tasks and scheduling vendors.
• Track materials and inventory and notify supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Assist in groundskeeping and general property cleaning.
• Support cost-saving by using parts when possible.
