Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance on apartment properties. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and support make-ready processes for new residents while following safety standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, ordering materials, and maintaining common areas. Strong HVAC and electrical knowledge, plus EPA refrigeration certification, are preferred for a successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance skills with hands-on repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities under safety guidelines.
• Effective communication with residents and team members.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair defects in building systems per policies and codes.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units including inspections and scheduling.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisors on reorders.
• Document service requests accurately for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist in cost-control by fixing rather than replacing when feasible.
