The position requires carpentry skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while coordinating with the Maintenance and Community Managers. 8am-5pm schedule and potential overtime are noted.

Qualifikationen

• Regular attendance, punctuality and dependability required.
• General Carpenter skills and Safety Experience.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required based upon specific property needs.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions.

Aufgaben

• Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer.
• Repairs/replaces light bulbs, globes or fixtures, receptacles, light switches.
• Repairs/replaces windows, latches, screens, hinges, doors and fixtures.
• Assists in the repair/replacement/removal of appliances.
• Repairs/replaces faucets, sink plugs, washers; drywall repairs and painting as needed.
• Walks all vacant units to determine make-ready needs and coordinates schedules with managers.
