Coast Property Management is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained. You will handle repairs, perform inspections, and help ready units for new residents, while coordinating with a supervisor and team.

You should have hands‑on maintenance skills, a solid safety record, and the ability to communicate with residents. You must own basic tools and have reliable transportation to support a dynamic schedule and after‑hours

Qualifications

• Able to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• General painting and drywall patching knowledge.
• Minor appliance repair skills.
• Familiarity with building equipment.
• Able to evaluate deficiencies and troubleshoot faulty parts.
• Plumbing repairs – garbage disposals and faucets.
• Handle service calls promptly and safely.
• Good safety habits.
• Own and maintain your own tools.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to communicate with residents and coworkers.

Responsabilités

• Assist with apartment make-ready procedures.
• Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildings.
• Make repairs or replacements as necessary and with Supervisor approval.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Available or on-call for after-hours emergencies when assigned.
