Responsibilities

• Inspect interior units before repairs (walls, appliances, electrical, plumbing, windows/doors).
• Perform repairs and upkeep on vacant units per standards and document service needs.
• Use independent judgment to determine actions, priorities, and emergencies.
• Maintain and secure all property tools and equipment.
• Complete make-ready tasks to prepare homes for occupancy.
• Assist with safety inspections and hazard mitigation.
• Order supplies and manage inventories with supervisor input.
• Adhere to scheduled hours (8am-5pm) and potential overtime or on-call duties.
