Job summary

Greystar's Village Residences in Mountain View is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose defects, and complete make-ready work to prepare vacant units for leasing. You will follow safety standards, document work, and manage materials and tools to maintain high-quality common areas and units.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspecting completed tasks, assisting with grounds and cleaning, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal) required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Makes ready for new move-ins by inspecting, creating a punch list, and coordinating vendors.
• Tracks materials, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Performs cleaning, painting, and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Assists in safety meetings and ensures compliance with safety policies.
