Green Valley Construction Texas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This role ensures properties are well-maintained, move-in ready, and that resident service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience is required, preferably in property management.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive issue identification.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready duties to prepare units for new residents.
• Handle move-out repairs and ensure units meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
• Identify and report any major repairs or safety concerns.
• Work closely with property management team to meet deadlines and expectations.
