Qualifications

• Performs routine maintenance tasks and repairs as assigned.
• Keeps facilities clean and safe following policies.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments by completing pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Obtains materials and coordinates with vendors for repairs.
• Documents work performed for service request tracking.
• Maintains grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Participates in safety trainings and reports accidents promptly.
• Inspects contractor work to ensure quality and compliance.
