Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and operation. The role involves diagnosing and repairing defects, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting cost-control efforts.

You will manage make-ready tasks for vacant homes, inspect work, track inventory, and document service requests to ensure timely and accurate records.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance per policy and code requirements.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling contractors.
