Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to support the oversight of physical assets and customer satisfaction. You will diagnose problems, perform general repairs, and assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in.

The role requires basic computer skills, a willingness to work under supervision, and dependability to handle on-site responsibilities in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs to restore units to move-in ready condition.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on property facilities.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and exterior/common area upkeep.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
