Job summary

Westminster is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for our luxury Livana Fair Lawn community. The role focuses on keeping properties safe, functional, and attractive for residents with hands-on repairs and proactive upkeep.

You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance tasks, perform make-readies, and respond to requests promptly. A valid driver’s license and 1–3 years’ experience are preferred, with on-call duties and a friendly service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Certifications are a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents and keep units in top condition.
• Respond to maintenance requests, on-call emergencies, and preventative maintenance.
