Livana East Hanover is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to keep our residences safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll tackle repairs from plumbing to electrical, perform make-readies for new residents, and handle painting and carpentry as needed.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in property maintenance, have knowledge of HVAC, electrical and appliance repairs, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Certifications are a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Paint, carpentry and general upkeep to keep the property in top condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies on a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate with property management for larger projects.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to residents and team members.
