Job summary

Responsibilities include using Yardi to manage work orders, conducting quarterly property inspections, coordinating with the Community Manager, and training other maintenance staff. The role requires safety-conscious teamwork and on-call coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum maintenance or construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create and complete work orders using Yardi; sync daily.
• Conduct property inspections and document deficiencies with photos.
• Train other maintenance technicians on work order processes.
• Maintain safety protocols and on-call emergency readiness.
