Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• Willingness to learn and grow from supervision and trainings offered.
• Fundamentals of mechanical systems knowledge.
• Able to organize, prioritize and plan your day.
• Experience assisting with grounds, pools, housekeeping and preventive maintenance.
• Basic computer skills; smartphone use and Yardi Mobile app proficiency.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and related equipment.
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles/golf carts and perform on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work safely using PPE and maintain curb appeal.
• Assist in all aspects of property maintenance and repairs.
• Interior/exterior common area maintenance and cleaning.
• Access rooftops, attics, crawl spaces as needed with ladders.
• Manage trash/recycling and respond to weather-related cleanup.
• Perform make-ready and painting tasks as required.
• Conduct light audits and replace light bulbs as needed.
• Maintain and inspect shops, storerooms and equipment.
