Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services.

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and ability to communicate with residents and management.
• Basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement and minor plumbing repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to wear company-provided uniform.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and community spaces.
• Assist with new move-ins; ensure units are clean and prepared.
• Maintain amenity areas with dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities.
• Dispose of trash and recycling promptly and orderly.
• Perform basic maintenance like bulb changes and minor plumbing repairs.
• Keep grounds, parking areas, and landscaping in good condition.
• Respond to resident requests and report issues to management.
• Monitor for safety hazards and report them.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
• Keep storerooms organized and safe.
• Learn and maintain pool systems per standards.
• Report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
