Qualifications

• EPA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize daily tasks.
• Computer skills and smartphone familiarity.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Will need to use various maintenance equipment as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and wear PPE.
• Maintain property curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Perform preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Inspect interior common areas and exterior spaces.
• Access flats or roofs and use ladders as needed.
• Manage recycling and trash and maintain enclosures.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup and snow/ice management.
• Clean amenity and common areas and keep grounds neat.
• Perform make-ready tasks including cleaning and painting.
• Conduct light audits and bulb replacements.
• Maintain and inspect shop, storerooms, equipment, and golf carts.
• Attend safety meetings and required trainings.
• Support other communities as needed.
• Assist with pool cleaning and balancing.
• Other duties as assigned.
