Job summary

Billingsley Collection seeks a Service Technician I to maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of its properties. The role covers grounds, housekeeping, preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance to support a thriving community.

You will perform make-ready tasks, operate common tools, and assist with pool and amenity upkeep. EPA certification is preferred, and the position requires flexibility for on-call, overtime, and weekend work.

Qualifications

• EPA certification or willingness to obtain
• Fundamentals of mechanical systems required
• Able to organize, prioritize and plan daily tasks
• Common use of smartphones for work
• Willingness to work on-call, overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Work safely with PPE and maintain curb appeal of properties
• Assist with all maintenance, including grounds, housekeeping, preventative and emergency tasks
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance on common areas and facilities
• Access attics, roofs, ladders, and crawl spaces as needed
• Manage recycling, trash, and maintenance-related cleaning
• Assist with weather-related cleanup and pool maintenance
• Conduct make-ready tasks including cleaning and painting
• Maintain tools, equipment, storerooms, and vehicles
• Attend safety meetings and trainings
• Support other communities as assigned
