Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs minor electrical repairs (breakers, outlets, switches, lighting).
• Carpentry work (door repairs, exterior repairs, tiles).
• Plaster/paint interior and exterior surfaces; prep of drywall and siding.
• Plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, lines).
• Completes forms and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Drives to different property sites safely; company vehicle provided for maintenance tasks.
