Qualifications

• Valid Texas Drivers’ License, clear MVR and ability to be insured.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor repairs to the electrical systems both inside and outside of units.
• Performs repairs related to the structure, including carpentry.
• Performs interior and exterior painting.
• Performs repairs related to plumbing.
• Completes all forms, work orders and related paperwork in a timely manner.
• Works independently, driving to job assignment sites.
